What is a Growth Executive?
A Growth Executive drives your company's revenue by building clear systems across marketing, sales, and strategy. Instead of working in silos, I bridge your departments so everyone moves toward the same growth goals. Think of it as having someone who blends digital strategy, data analysis, marketing, and sales into one focused effort, without the full-time executive salary.
What does a Growth Executive actually do?
I build the system that turns attention into revenue: where your leads come from, how they move through your pipeline, and how deals get closed. That means aligning marketing and sales on one plan, setting up the data to see what's working, and fixing the weak spots. Email, SEO, and ads all matter, but on their own they're just activity. My job is to connect them so they turn into revenue.
My revenue is unpredictable. Can you help?
That's exactly what I specialize in. Unpredictable revenue usually isn't a sales problem. It's usually a systems problem: the marketing, sales, and strategy pieces aren't lined up. When they don't work together, pipelines get messy and deals fall through the cracks. I help you build a clearer system so growth feels less chaotic and more repeatable.
Why do leads and sales need one owner?
Because the handoff between them is where most new business gets lost. Marketing passes leads along, sales follows up, and when results slip, each side points at the other. When one person owns the whole path, you can see where deals actually stall and fix it there, instead of buying more leads or pushing reps harder.
How do you use data to drive growth?
You can't fix what you can't see. I set up systems that give you visibility into your entire pipeline, from first touch to closed deal. This means knowing exactly where deals get stuck, which channels actually drive revenue (not just clicks), and where to focus your efforts. Good data removes the guesswork so you can make decisions based on facts, not hunches.
Who do you work best with?
I help growing companies build the new business development engine that takes them to their next stage of growth. If you have a sales team that's busy but not hitting targets, or you're spending on marketing that isn't converting, we should talk. My clients are founders and CEOs who want results, not another consultant's opinion.
How is this different from hiring a typical consultant?
Most consultants analyze your business, hand you a deck, and disappear. I stick around to implement. I don't just give you a report. I roll up my sleeves and work alongside you. You get strategy AND help putting it into action.
How long until I see results?
You'll get clarity quickly, usually within the first few weeks: what's working, what isn't, and what to fix first. Real change takes longer. How long depends on your sales cycle, the size of your team, and how quickly people adopt new ways of working. Some fixes show up in a month, and bigger shifts can take a quarter or more. I'll tell you up front which is which.
Do you replace my existing team?
No. I work WITH your team, not instead of them. Even in The Seat, I lead alongside your people rather than replacing them. My goal is to make your team more effective and give them the tools, training, and systems they need to succeed. When we're done, your team should be stronger than when we started.
Why do you discount for nonprofits?
A few years ago I had a successful exit from a company I built. That gave my wife and me room to give back. We've invested in and launched several technology companies that serve nonprofits, and lowering my fees for nonprofit clients is part of the same commitment.
What's the first step?
A 30-minute intro call. We'll talk through your revenue, your funnel, and what feels stuck. You'll get an honest read on where the problem is likely coming from, whether I'm the right fit, and what working together would look like. If I'm not the right fit, I'll tell you.
