Nonprofit Fundraising Consultant
Your fundraising system. Not another plan.
I build the system that hits your number, run it with you until it is producing, then train your team and hand it over.
Sound familiar?
Three things I hear from almost every development director who calls me.
The goal went up. The team did not.
You are carrying a bigger number than last year with the same two people, and half your week goes to events that barely break even.
You have donors. You do not have a system.
Names in a database is not a pipeline. Nobody has built the path from first gift to second gift to sustainer, so retention leaks and you spend every year replacing donors you already had.
You have already done the strategy part.
There is an assessment in a drawer and a calendar of appeals somewhere. What you needed was someone to run it with you.
I build it, run it with you, then hand it off.
The plan is the easy part. Building the donor journey, getting the data right, wiring up the campaigns, then executing them month after month, that is the hard part. That is the part I stay for.
So I don't give you a report and disappear. I build the system, run it with you until it is producing, then train your team and hand it over. You should not need me forever.
My job is not to hand you a strategy. It is to help you raise more money.

Building fundraising systems
Fundraising is a revenue system
In a company there is a role called RevOps. It exists because marketing, sales and data usually sit in three different places, and someone has to make them work as one system. Without that, teams work around each other and opportunities fall through the cracks.
A nonprofit has the same three groups under different names. Comms. Development. And whoever runs the database. Same problem, same result. Gifts that should have renewed never get asked for, and nobody finds out until the year is closed.
I work across all three. In technology that is called full stack. Here it just means that when the problem turns out to be your data, or your website, or the way gifts get acknowledged, I can go fix it instead of referring it out.
That is also why I focus on retention and on the donors already in your file. Most of next year's money is already in your file. Keeping a donor costs less than finding a new one, and it is the fastest money in fundraising.

How it works
A working session, not a sales call
We spend 30 minutes on your fundraising, your donor base, and where the number is getting stuck.
You get clarity and next steps
You'll walk away with:
- What is actually holding the number back
- What to fix first
- A short list of things you can do this month
Then we decide what's next
If you want ongoing help, we can build and run the fundraising system together.
If not, you still leave with something useful.
